Research Interests: on epilepsy and sleep disorders, but I am open to research ideas that address other neurological diseases which can help patient management. We are actively enrolling patients
with refractory temporal lobe epilepsy and age/sex-matched controls for a brain volumetric study
which involves two brain MRIs 12 months apart. With a background in research, I have participated in
and conducted both basic science and clinical research and have published articles in peer-reviewed
journals on neurologic topics including developmental plasticity, stroke, epilepsy, multiple
sclerosis and sleep disorders.
